In my role as a Digital Experience Specialist I re-structured and re-built the homepage and landing pages for Gemvara, an e-commerce fine jewelry company. The pages had been previously used JPEGs with embedded text which hindered SEO performance and reduced interactive experiences.
The site had also been designed with a desktop-first mentality though the usage had skyrocketed to 55% mobile users. I transformed desktop menus into mobile carousels and condensed navigation options to create a more intuitive experience for mobile users.
I re-built these elements into customizable templates, enhancing online visibility while streamlining the process for future updates.
